In February 2018 Chef Ian Kittichai opened his unique kitchen lab and event space in Bangkok. The space, built in conjunction with kitchen and stainless steel company, Saha Stainless, features a top-of-the-line professional chefs’ kitchen complete with a private chefs’ table, private dining space and event space. Cuisine Concept is perfect for recipe testing, kitchen staff training, product launches, corporate meetings, food photography, film shoots, visiting chef pop-ups, cocktail and dinner events, etc.

Since January 2012 Chef Kittichai has been cooking up a storm as one of the Iron Chefs. Chef slices and dices challenger chefs with his culinary prowess, sense of humor and theatrics on the Thai language version of this fan-favorite classic cooking competition show.
